Our Website in a Day Process
Discovery Call
We meet via Zoom to discuss all of your webbie needs and goals for your business and if a Website Intensive Day will suit your project. We then send through a proposal and contract.
Schedule Your Day
Once the proposal is accepted and initial deposit paid, you book your Website in a Day on a day that suits you. It will be a day you are available all day for communication and feedback.
Content Collection
We set you up with a client portal and guide you in collecting all of the content required for the website project. This will be images, copy (text), testimonials, etc. This is due back 7 days before your scheduled Website VIP Day.
Kick off Call
Three to five days before your scheduled Website Intensive Day, we catch up for a final call to go over your content, and to discuss the expectations of the Day.
D-Day
Design Day is here! Kicking off from 9am Brisbane Time, we work exclusively on your website project for 8 hours, checking in with you periodically throughout the day for questions and feedback.
LAUNCH!
After the website has been approved and the final deposit paid, we launch the website!! We then hand over the 'keys' to your website! 🎉

Choose a day from our availability calendar, and lock in your day with a 50% deposit!
You will need to have all of your content ready 7 days before your scheduled date, so please make sure you have allowed yourself enough time to put it all together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be available on the day?
Yes, please! We’ll kick off at 9am AEST with an optional Zoom meeting to go over your direction. If Zooms aren’t your style, you’re welcome to send an email or Loom detailing each task or the direction you envisage.
To make the most of our time together, you will be required to be available via Google Chat or Microsoft Teams as I may send you questions or thoughts for clarity and will need your feedback fast.
How far in advance can I book?
I recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. This will give you enough time to be able to gather your content, hire a professional photographer (if you wish) and write your copy. Your content is due back 7 days prior to your scheduled day so you need to allow yourself realistic buffer time.
What if I need more than three pages?
It’s best if we schedule a discovery call to discuss your webbie needs. You may only need another half or full design day. If it’s a bigger project, we will have to put together a custom quote.
What if I need more functionality like a blog, email sign up forms or store?
It’s best to organise a discovery call with me. Some things may require another half day or full intensive day, others we may be able to include.
Will you write the words for my website?
No, the Website in a Day is exclusively available for design tasks. We can provide you with a Google Doc to help you write your own copy. Or if you’d like to outsource, I have amazing copywriters I can recommend, who I know will take excellent care of you
How will I know what content I will need to provide?
We will discuss your webbie needs during your strategy call and then I will provide a custom content workbook and a list of tasks to help guide you. I will also be available via Client Portal chat or email to answer any questions you may have.
